Issues between different devices and same user

We have some problems when updating data and different MoneyWiz devices are working. Because of that, when you add a new income or pay in Computer A, you are not allowed to see it in Computer B, so you get a different result.

Even working only in one device, we are seeing different quantities in others when we log in.

At the moment we have 3 licenses (2 for Windows, 1 for Mac OS) and only one user. Thanks.

Dear Jorge, I am really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing! This sounds like a sync issue. We can fix this but not on the forums - can you please contact us at so we can look into this and fix?
