I bought the yearly subscription and tried to activate it on a Win 10 machine. When I put the activation code into "Restore Purchases" nothing happens.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the software from the website like this thread suggests (http://support.moneywizapp.com/support/discussions/topics/313557) but it did not have any effect.
I have tried performing a clean sync, as well as deleting the MW database file. Neither of these resolves the issue.
Has anyone had a similar experience or know of a solution?
I see that the issue has been resolved over e-mail so I'm closing this topic now.
